These are the differences between borderline personality disorder mood swings and bipolar mood swings, including duration, mood characteristics, and other symptoms.

An interview with our first guest speaker on The Write Place, Keira Lane. These guest interviews feature an inside look at other people’s experiences with mental illness. This first one is with someone I met on Twitter (@keiralanebooks) and largely focuses on personal experiences with General Anxiety Disorder and ADHD. This will be split into two parts.

I have been trying to reorganize my post page and I’m struggling and accidentally ended up republishing the first few posts in an attempt to do what I wanted. Bear with me while I figure out how to organize them properly with the WordPress app!
